U-haul Trucks, Vans, And Trailers Can Be Used To Unload Personal Belongings In The Garage And Then Take Off Site Parking Arrangements: Two In The Garage, Four In The Driveway, One Car To Left And Two Cars To The Right. No Other Cars Are Allowed. House Capacity Sleeps Six (Over Nights Only) With A Total Of 8 Adults In The House At Once (Extra Guest Fee $30 Per Person Per Night Two Person Maximum. No Smoking/Vaping Inside The House (Dispose Of Extinguished Cigarettes In The Trash) Do Not Use White Towels To Remove Makeup (Disposable Makeup Towels Have Been Provided) Stained White Towels or Sheets Should Be Treated With Stain Remover And Washed (Fees May Apply To Towels and Sheets Where Stains Can't Be Removed Missing Items That Are Taken By Guest Will Be Charged At Cost (All Household Items Have Been Inventoried) Clean Dirty Dishes and Refrigerator Before Check-Out Are $15 fee will apply for both All Garbage Should Be Disposed Of In A Tall Trash Bag And Placed In The Black Trash Can Located In The Garage.
