Guests Must Acknowledge and Accept House Rules Before Booking Is Accepted.
Reservation Will Be Subject To Cancellation for Violation Of The House Rules.
Must be the age of 25 years or older to request a reservation.
Quiet Hours Are From 10 PM to 7 AM
No Parties (Violations Will Result In A $500 Fine, and Local Authorities Called To The House.
Guests Have To Agree To An Additional Security Deposit Of $2500, Which Will Only Be Collected After Checkout For Exterior/Interior Property Damage Per Incident That Shouldn't Exceed The Amount Requested.
We Do Not Charge for Minor Damages Unless The Housekeeping Staff Reports It. Pictures Will Be Provided On This Platform.
Respect The Neighbors Property (Don’t Walk On Grass, Play Loud Music In Cars or Make Noise Outside Of Homes).
Parking Arrangements: Two In The Garage, Four In The Driveway, One Car To Left And Two Cars To The Right. No Other Cars Are Allowed.
House Capacity Sleeps Six (Over Nights Only) With A Total Of 8 Adults In The House At Once (Extra Guest Fee $30 Per Person Per Night Two Person Maximum.
No Smoking/Vaping Inside The House (Dispose Of Extinguished Cigarettes In The Trash)
Do Not Use White Towels To Remove Makeup (Disposable Makeup Towels Have Been Provided)
Stained White Towels or Sheets Should Be Treated With Stain Remover And Washed (Fees May Apply To Towels and Sheets Where Stains Can't Be Removed
Missing Items That Are Taken By Guest Will Be Charged At Cost (All Household Items Have Been Inventoried)
Clean Dirty Dishes and Refrigerator Before Check-Out Are $15 fee will apply for both
All Garbage Should Be Disposed Of In A Tall Trash Bag And Placed In The Black Trash Can Located In The Garage.
Guests Should Dispose Of Recyclables In The Green Bin Inside The Garage
Trash Pickup Is On Early Thursday Morning So Please Place The Black and Green Garbage Cans 3 Feet To The Left Of The Mailbox and 3 Feet Away From Each Other.
Keep Garage Door Closed.
Pets Are Allowed On A Case By Case Basis With Approval ($30 per pet fee)
No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance (Fees May Apply To Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Per Hour)
Lost Keys Will Be $100 to $300
Misplaced Garage Remote Will Be $100
Lost Television and Bluetooth Speaker Remote Will Be $100
Smoking In House $500 Per Visit
No Illegal Activities Are Allowed Anywhere On The Premises.
No Rearranging Furniture In The Home
No Tampering With Installed Devices
